King Crab and Drawn Butter

Instructions

Rinse frozen crab under cold water to remove ice.
Submerge legs in pot of boiling water.
Cook for about 6-8 minutes.
Serve with melted butter and lemon.
Crab may also be steamed or baked.
Crab is ready when the meat is warm to the touch.
DO NOT OVERCOOK

Serving Ideas

A simple elegant entrée with a garden salad and french bread.
Create a surf 'n' turf meal, accompany with a steak & baked potato.
Ideal appetizer for parties & entertaining.
Add to your favorite spinach or artichoke dip and serve with bread or crackers.
