Marinated King Crab
Ingredients
32 ounces king crab -- thawed, cracked and broken into pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
1 small red onion -- slice into rings and separated
1/4 cup onion -- finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dill, dried or fresh
1 tsp oregano, dried
Freshly cracked pepper
Salt as needed
Instructions
Combine marinade with crab in a container. Shake or gently toss to coat well.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours before serving.
Serving Ideas
Garnish crab with 2 scallions cut diagonally into 2" sticks.
Serve with caesar salad and garlic bread.
Or serve with jasmine rice, sliced cucumbers and seasoned tomatoes.
Tips
Share this dish with good friends and be sure to have a ready supply of napkins because this dish is messy! Spread your coffee table with newspaper, and eat sitting on the floor.....candles and a dipping bowl with warm water and a lemon slice....nice touch!
