Remove frozen fillets from all packaging and rinse under cool water. Line a baking pan with tin foil and place frozen fillets in pan. Top with 2 tbsp of any Simple Sauce and bake for 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees F. Fish is ready when meat fleakes when tested with a fork. If fillets have been thawed, reduce cooking time 3-4 minutes.
Season fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano or your favorite fresh herbs. Saute fillets over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Fish is ready when meat flakes when tested with a fork. Serve over lentil rice pilaf with fresh vegetables.
