Carrie Mitchell

Sales Assistant

Originally from Washington, Carrie started her career in a remote salmon cannery on Kodiak Island, Alaska. She earned a BS in Geography from the University of Washington and joined Odyssey in 1997.
At the cannery, she was initially involved in the packing department as a processor. She then moved to the kitchen and finally ended up in the office. At Odyssey, she started off as a traffic coordinator and is now a sales assistant to Pete. Carrie is our customers’ best friend – she quotes prices, writes up orders and grabs the phone to make sure you get to talk to a friendly voice rather than a machine. As our resident wine expert, she’s that one to ask what wine goes with what fish.
