Eric Mullet has been with Northwest since 1996, rapidly moving his way up the plant chain from Line Lead to Sanitation, QC Supervisor, then Floor Supervisor until he was promoted to his current position as Plant Manager in 2001. He brings to Northwest almost 20 years of experience in the Seafood industry, having started in 1982 processing salmon all over Alaska, including Arctic Alaska. To stay competitive, Eric believes it is important to stay current with the latest industry standards and continues his education in Environmental programs, and holds certifications in SQF, HACCP, the BAP program, the MSC program, and Bio-terrorism Program. Under his leadership, Northwest has developed new breaded products and expanded the plant in 2010 with a second breading line. He is excited to start a fresh operation in a new area of the plant this year.
