Mi-Ae Hwang

Mi-Ae started at Northwest Seafood at its inception in 1993 and has been excited to watch the company grow ever since. She started out doing Quality Control, and after several promotions landed her current job as Floor Manager. Her primary duties include processing orders for Odyssey, testing for quality and quantity but for her, the most important role she has is to make employees happy, to ensure that they are all working together as a team. She also currently trains all employees in Quality Control and takes great joy in watching the employees she’s trained grow in their jobs. She loves her job at NWSP and proudly says “Northwest is my life.”
