Jose “Joey” Ramirez
Jose “Joey” Ramirez has been with Northwest Seafood Processors since 2003. He started out as Chief Engineer but then was promoted to Assistant Plant Manager, along with his Chief Engineer duties. Joey previously worked in Construction, building quality homes until he found his passion in Seafood Processing. He ensures that all plant machinery runs smoothly, oversees all maintenance projects, builds new machinery, and researches new machinery/equipment to ensure that we stay competitive. He is known for being a workaholic and was once forcibly removed from the premises in order to take vacation. He makes the staff laugh, because he thinks he is a part-time comedian.
