Fermin Silva
Fermin Silva has been with Northwest Seafood Processors for over 15 years. He started out working on the production line, moved up to breading line lead, and is currently one of our Production Supervisors. His primary role is ensuring that production is being run effectively and efficiently and ensuring that we are following all current programs and procedures in place to ensure a safe, quality, food production operation.
