Celeka Mouton
Celeka Mouton has been with Northwest Seafood since 2006 as the Human Resource Manager. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and also holds her Professional Human Resource Certificate with the HR Certification Institute which is recognized nationally. She is responsible for the overall administration of human resource policies, programs, and practices, hiring of personnel for the facility, and dealing with day to day employee issues.
